HOW TO USE THE FORUM

1. Click on the box icon for the Discussion Forum located on the right hand side of each main language page.
2. Access to the Discussion Forum is complete and the following options are now available without registering:
   • search for topics using the Zoom Search Bar Facility
   • read the various messages posted
3. To read replies to any message, double click on the main heading
4. To answer a message or post a message of your own the following steps to register must be taken:
   • scroll down the page until the "Add message" box appears
   • fill in details of the name you wish to appear in the Discussion Forum
   • complete your email address
   • include a subject heading relevant to your message in order to organise information for later retrieval
   • include your own web page details or links (optional)
   • tick the box if you want to be notified by email of any replies
   • type in your message
   • when complete click on the ADD button
   • if you wish to see your posted message, check the box below the ADD/DELETE button
5. To return to the forum click RETURN
6. Exit by closing the Discussion Forum window
